WATER SUPPLY PROJECT

The Pavilion Water Supply Project is a critical infrastructure initiative engineered to sustain the centerpiece of the Pavilion Erbil Complex: a large-scale, man-made lagoon. Operating at the executive level, EXIMIUS provided independent technical assurance and design oversight for this unprecedented 2023 development.

Moving beyond standard engineering, our intervention focused on validating the sustainability, technological integrity, and long-term operational viability of the complex water grid. By governing the technical specifications from the owner’s perspective, we delivered a robust foundational architecture. This rigorous early-stage validation ultimately empowered the stakeholders to make informed, strategic realignments to the master plan. By clearly defining the engineering realities, EXIMIUS facilitated a seamless evolution of the lagoon’s concept and scope, demonstrating the critical value of adaptable, high-level project governance.
